How long does shipping take?

We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days via USPS or ePacket depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@kubixshop.store.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition. Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are non-returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@kubixshop.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24–48 hours.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Are your cases MagSafe compatible?

Yes — many of our cases are designed with MagSafe compatibility, allowing seamless use with MagSafe chargers and accessories. Look for "MagSafe" in the product title to confirm compatibility.

Which iPhone models do you support?

We carry cases for iPhone 12 through iPhone 17 Pro Max, including standard, Plus, Pro, and Pro Max variants, as well as iPhone Air and iPhone 17e models.

Where are your products sourced from?

Our cases are sourced from vetted third-party manufacturers and shipped directly to our customers. We carefully select products that meet our quality and design standards.

Will the case affect wireless charging?

Our cases are designed to be compatible with standard Qi wireless charging. MagSafe Elite cases are specifically optimized for MagSafe charging speeds.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your payment details.
